my new puppy damaged my front blind, blinds direct had fitted this about 2 years ago, i called to order a new blind and they sent a guy out to measure, I was quite shocked when he stated he could fix the existing blinds. He was able to fix the blind good as new straight away and didn't even charge us for the service. Its wonderful to see old fashioned values to looking after existing customers and it saved me an unexpected expense. I'm so happy to have blinds direct in my phone.. Huge thank you

I had a few quotes but blinds direct was the cheapest, I was kind of worried that the quality might be substandard but viewing the samples and being able to touch them was very reassuring. The time scale was also better than the other quotes, From seeing the guy from blinds direct we had the blinds fitted within one week. I have already passed your details on to two of my friends . Andy has just fitted a roller blind in our room and even though during the survey he explained about the cassette case I hadn't quite realised just how fantastic the blind would look in a cassette. The downside is that the new blind has made my not so old other roller blinds look outdated. Friends have already commented on the superb craftsmanship.
